Every paid product can be tried in full, free, for 7 days — complete and unrestricted, never a crippled version, and never a credit card.

The Fretcraft desktop app starts its trial the moment you first open it: no account, no code. For our paid plug-ins, start the trial from the product page with a free Arswerk account and the licence code arrives in your account and your inbox. When a trial ends the plug-in simply returns to its activation screen — your presets and your library are never touched.

Some things cost nothing at all: Nyx (reverb) is free forever and needs only an Arswerk account, and Fretcraft CP is included at no extra cost with a Fretcraft app licence.

Every product page lists the exact formats and the operating systems it runs on, so you can check compatibility before buying. If you are unsure whether something will work for you, write to info@arswerk.it before you purchase and we will tell you honestly.

Purchases are final

Because the free trial lets you evaluate the complete product before spending anything, and because our products are digital and delivered immediately, purchases are final and no refund is issued once payment is complete — see the withdrawal section below for the legal basis. This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty.

Right of withdrawal for digital content

Our products are digital content supplied without a physical medium: under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)), the statutory right of withdrawal ends once performance begins with your express consent, which we ask for at checkout before payment.

Statutory warranty

The statutory conformity warranty for digital content under EU consumer law always applies: if a plug-in is defective or doesn't work as described, write to info@arswerk.it and we'll fix it or refund you.
