1. Who we are

The store on arswerk.it is operated by Zampaw S.R.L.S., Loc. Nerbisci 56, 06024 Gubbio (PG), Italy — VAT IT03978970543, REA PG-369454 (“Arswerk”, “we”). Questions: info@arswerk.it.

2. What we sell

We sell licenses to use music software (audio and MIDI plug-ins, in the formats listed on each product page). A purchase does not transfer ownership of the software; it grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use by a single user on their own machines.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed at checkout by Stripe; we accept the payment methods shown during purchase. You are charged immediately when the order is confirmed.

4. Delivery and activation

Products are digital content delivered electronically: after payment you receive the receipt, a download link and the license code to activate the software by email. Some free products require creating an Arswerk account.

5. Withdrawal and refunds

As immediately-delivered digital content, the right of withdrawal is governed as described on the Refunds & withdrawal page.

6. Warranty and support

The statutory conformity warranty for digital content under EU consumer law applies. If a product does not work as described, write to us: we fix it or refund it.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, mandatory local jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
