What data we process

• Purchases: name, email and order data, needed to deliver the software, issue the license and meet tax obligations. Payment (card) data is collected and processed directly by Stripe and never touches our systems.
• Arswerk account: email and name, to manage your licenses and downloads.
• Contact: if you write to us, we keep the correspondence to reply.
• Browsing: the site uses no profiling cookies and no advertising trackers. Our host (Netlify) keeps technical logs (e.g. IP address) needed to serve the site.

Legal bases and retention

We process data to perform the purchase contract, to comply with legal obligations (accounting and tax) and, for optional communications, based on your consent. Order data is kept for the statutory periods; account data for as long as the account is active.

Who we share data with

Only with the providers the service needs: Stripe (payments) and Netlify (hosting). We never sell your data and never use it to train AI — period.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante). Write to info@arswerk.it.
